Terroir: Planted on alluvial deposits, our IGPs take advantage of soils from the tributaries of the Rhône. These fresh soils are mainly composed of silt and sand deposited over time by the surrounding waterways. The balanced texture of limestone pebbles and gravel allows drainage of the subsoil for ideal vegetative development.
Climate: The hills, well exposed, benefit from the generous sun and the benefits of the Mistral
Vinification and aging: 100% destemming and crushing of the grapes before maceration for 20 days in stainless steel vats. Extractions by pumping over so as not to rush the must and obtain silky tannins and an intense color. Fermentation temperature between 20 and 24°C. Aged in lined concrete vats.
