We welcome you to the cellar with partner and local producers, in order to offer you the perfect food & wine pairing! Because a wine must sublimate the dish and vice versa, the balance to be found is sometimes delicate. Varied themes, traditional like wine and cheese or charcuterie, or more original... The tasting will be accompanied and commented on throughout.

In partnership with Fromagerie Lou Canesteou, discover the divine pairing of wine and cheese. A total of 6 wines, paired with several cheeses specially selected for the occasion. Romain, master cheese maker, and Marie, wine expert, will guide you through this discovery that will delight your palate. 

Lou Canesteou, a fine cheese shop established in Vaison since 1990, selects its producers by favoring quality over quantity with a strong local accent, refining a variety of cheeses from the region in its cellars.
