INTRODUCTION TO ENOLOGY

Initiation to oenology -  workshop to learn the art of tasting.

This session is for beginners, wine lovers and others curious people to know more about how to taste a wine, and for what purpose.

During this workshop, Marie, our sommelière, will guide you in order to give you enough knowledge for wine tasting.

The goal of this workshop is to be able to go further than saying "I like it/I don't like it", by having a more objective approach and above all to understand why we prefer one wine over another.

The workshop combines both theoretical information but also, of course, practice, to learn while having fun.

We will rely on tools such as scents that we'll have to recognize, or documentation and tasting sheets, in order to help us analyze 5 different wines.
