To produce this cuvée, we follow a rigorous monitoring of maturities, by very regular tasting of the berries, in order to define the optimal date for the harvest and thus find the best balance between freshness and fruit.
Terroir: Mainly sandy, for light and fruity wines.
Climat: The vineyard also benefits from the Mediterranean climatic influence, with ideal sunshine but also from a Vaisonnais microclimate, cooler, allowing maturity bringing character and freshness to our wines.
Vinification and ageing: Vinification is done by direct pressing, respecting the grapes. Vinification in vats, at low temperatures. Aging on fine lees to refine the roundness in the mouth.
Tasting:
Food and wine pairings: Very nice thirst-quenching wine, to be enjoyed easily with friends, as an aperitif, or to accompany salads or grilled meats. Laying down: to drink during the vintage. Serve as fresh.
