Terroir: From hillside plots, located north of Vaison, situated 250 to 300 meters high. Sandstone soils and pebbles mainly.

Vinification and aging: For our reds, we are looking for gourmet and fresh wines, on a mild tannic basis. We work in traditional vinification, with bi-daily tasting of the vats, which allows us to master the extraction of the structure. Maceration under marc for 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the cuvées, in order stengthen the melted and the elegance of the tannins. Breeding on fine lees to preserve aromas and give a good fat while coating the tannins.

Wine tasting: With its berries harvested at full maturity, this cuvée reflects the characteristics of this appellation born on the 2016 vintage: this wine is finely balanced between its strength and freshness. With its black fruit and spice aromas and a full and soft mouth, this wine is showing elegance and character.

Wine pairings: Perfect on roasted red meats, poultry served with cream, or a savoury cheese platter. Laying down: Pleasant from today, will evolve perfectly within 3 years
