ORGANIC WINE
Average age of the vines: 30 years
Terroir: The vineyard, on slight slopes, is planted on stony, clay-limestone soil.
Climate: The climate, of the Mediterranean type, is protected from the Mistral by the nearby reliefs.
Vinification and aging: For our reds, we are looking for gourmet and fresh wines, on a soft tannic base. We work in traditional vinification, with bi-daily tasting of the vats, which allows us to control the extraction of the structure. Maceration under marc for 2 to 4 weeks depending on the cuvées, in order to work on the fat, the smoothness and the melted tannins. Aging on fine lees in order to preserve the aromas and promote fat acquisition and coating of the tannins.

- The palate: gourmet and balanced with a finish with a silky and refreshing imprint.
