Deep and brilliant purple body. The nose releases aromas of pepper and liquorice, thus expressing all its generosity.The ample and powerful mouth reveals aromas of ripe red berries, with a long and spicy finish.

The vineyards spread out over 5 different very hilly communitites (220 to 600 metres in altitude) : Mérindol les Oliviers, Mollans/Ouvèze (Drôme), Faucon, St Romain en Viennois and Puyméras (Vaucluse). The soils are stony terraces with rounded and/or sharp pebbles, with solf soils, red sandy stone.The climate is Mediterranean but a little bit cooler and rainy due to the Mont Ventoux
